CHARACTER DESIGN with Julia


last week we did CHARACTER DESIGN in school with Julia. The radio play, or more like a-man-reading-a-story-out-loud was a story by roald dahl called "taste". 
i took my inspiration from some wood cuts by Jim Flora and african paintings and african masks. here are some of the stages which the final design went through:

these guys look so cool! =D i'm imagining them dancing together in a row like the dancing lady you did in ink last year!
